Game of Thronesalum Iwan Rheon, sex hormones and other variables in human eroticism who played literal and figurative bastard Ramsay Bolton, is heading to the Marvel universe for ABC's new Inhumansseries, it was announced Tuesday.
Sticking with type, Rheon will play the villain Maximus -- aka "Maximus the Mad" -- brother of lead character Black Bolt.
In the show, Maximus is described by Marvel as a clever and charming Inhuman that is fiercely devoted to the people of Attilan, especially his brother, the King – although he harbors an intense desire to wear the crown himself.
ABC's Inhumanswill premiere its first two episodes in Imax theaters for a two-week run before the series airs on television.
The characters debuted in Marvel comics canon in 1965 and were created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Marvel's Agents of SHIELDintroduced the concept of Inhumans to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Season 2.
