Thousands of people marched through downtown Los Angeles Saturday to protest President-elect Donald Trump,Watch Selina's Gold Online but photographer Abigail Gorden was especially drawn to one of the youngest participants.
While documenting the march, Gorden snapped a photo of a boy holding a sign reading "If he builds a wall, I'll grow up and tear it down," as he walked down the street.

"He seemed anxious but strong," she said.
Since Gorden posted the photo to her Flickr account, it -- along with a second photo of the boy -- have stirred up hope among those left heartbroken by Trump's victory last Tuesday.

Trump ran on a campaign promise to deport millions of undocumented immigrants as well as build a wall along the southern border of the United States.
Since Trump's election last week, several cities -- including Los Angeles -- have said they will remain sanctuaries for immigrants despite Trump's plans.
