The network confirmed Tuesday that it has ordered at least four episodes of a Weekend Updateprimetime series to air in the summer.

Weekend Updatewould air on Thursdays at 9 p.m., hosted by its SNLanchors, Colin Jost and Michael Che. NBC has previously ordered extra Update episodes, though usually tied to a presidential election.
The episodes will begin airing on August 10.
