David Letterman is Switzerland adultretiring from retirement.
The former late-night host is returning to TV with a new talk show called My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, debuting January 12 on Netflix.
SEE ALSO: David Letterman and Michael Stipe are basically the same person and here's the proofWith a title like that, Letterman will need to bring on some truly top-notch guests – and he delivers. The lineup includes Barack Obama, George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai, Tina Fey, Howard Stern, and Jay-Z.
Each episode will center around one particular person, and consist of in-depth interviews as well as field segments.
Unlike most Netflix shows, My Next Guestwon't drop all at once. Only the first episode, which focuses on Obama, will arrive this month.
Subsequent episodes will be released once a month from February through June, adding up to a total of six 60-minute episodes.
