India seems to be hinoda yuu: [rct-510] eroticism! schoolgirl trapped in an elevator gets raped harshlygearing up for a rather unusual New Year's Eve — one that will feature political speeches alongside live music and cocktails.
In a rare kind of party prep, clubs and bars in the national capital of Delhi are reportedly stocking their spaces with television screens and projectors for customers arriving on Dec. 31, when PM Narendra Modi is slated to address the nation.
SEE ALSO: India is anxious as PM Modi prepares to address nation on New Year's EveModi's last unscheduled address had shaken Indian citizens and the effects of his announcement haven't worn off yet.
Everyone is finding it too risky to ignore what the PM has to say now. It is likely that he will talk about 50 days of demonetization and what lies beyond.
The manager of a leading club/cafe in Delhi told India Today that customers are booking tables after having inquired about the place's screening arrangements.
"Apart from getting updates from YouTube, Twitter and news portals, people would be more comfortable watching the announcement on the screens. So we would keep the option of screening it," he said.
It is to be noted that restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes are wilfully taking this step and there is no official order for it.
Not only that, leading clubs are even getting additional police personnel deployed, lest there be any unrest following the PM's address.
And Indians have started talking about it.
