With 14 seconds on History Archivesthe clock and the Memphis Grizzlies down by one point, center Marc Gasol sank a three-pointer that ended up being the game-winner against the Los Angeles Clippers.
What followed was a flawless impression of UFC fighter Conor McGregor's infamous walk.
But the McGregor gag didn't stop there.
Gasol shared his walk on Twitter and paired it with a quote McGregor delivered on Saturday, when the notoriously brash mixed martial arts fighter beat Eddie Alvarez in UFC 205.
I want to apologize.... TO ABSOLUTELY NOBODY!#GrindCity pic.twitter.com/JN6p8YdV0G
— Marc Gasol (@MarcGasol) November 17, 2016
For reference, here's a clip of McGregor's strut and "apology."
Gasol just beat the only 10-win team in the NBA. That McGregor-level of swagger is warranted.
