Ruth Bader Ginsburg isn't one to ignore a good meme or Kurt Meinickejoke, especially if it's about her.
The Supreme Court justice revealed her thoughts about the "Notorious RGB" memes long ago. But now, while in conversation with NPR's Nina Totenberg at Sundance Film Festival to promote her documentary RGB, Ginsburg shared a few thoughts on Kate McKinnon's hilarious SNLimpersonations and much more.
SEE ALSO: True Player Ruth Bader Ginsburg Loves 'Notorious RBG' MemeAccording to Variety, Ginsburg admitted to referencing McKinnon's bits while at work. “I would like to say ‘Ginsburged’ sometimes to my colleagues,” she said, before offering praise to the SNLcast member. “I liked the actress who portrayed me.”
When asked about #MeToo and women speaking up about sexual assault and misconduct, Ginsburg was not shy about sharing her stance. “It's about time. For so long, women were silent thinking there was nothing you could do about it," she told Totenberg and the audience. "But now the law is on the side of women or men who encounter harassment and that’s a good thing.”
