Compared to the 20% year-on-year fall in the first quarter, it suggests the Indian smartphone market is on the road to recovery. Korean phone giant Samsung continued to dominate, occupying 18% of the market with 6.6 million shipments. Vivo followed closely, shipping 6.4 million phones, while Xiaomi secured third place with 5.4 million shipments.
