The real biggest villain isn't really a villain at all, at least in the traditional sense. He's just a simple man who likes his pies hot, and who may have accidentally caused the downfall of Westeros.

You've got to admit it: they have a point. After Arya casually dispensed with the entire Frey family she surely would have managed to bring down Cersei, no matter how heavily guarded the Queen might be.
