Following the massive success of their women-only screenings of Wonder Woman, the theater has announced a special clown-only screening of Stephen King's It.

As of now, the clown-only Itscreening is only planned for the chain's Austin location.
But hey, those all-female Wonder Womanscreenings started with plans for a single showing in Austin, before widespread demand convinced the company to roll them out with other locations. If the clown community rallies, maybe the same thing will happen to It.
The clown-centric Itscreening is actually a callback to one very specific comment that the Drafthouse received when they first announced the women-only Wonder Womanscreening:
Did you think the Drafthouse was kidding, Ryan? They were not kidding.
Itis in theaters September 8. For more info on the Drafthouse's all-clown showing, click here.
