Sports fans who appreciate the absurd rejoiced last month when ESPN announced it's making a "30 for 30" documentary about the short-lived XFL football league.
Now the film's first trailer is Watch The Girl Next Door (2017) Korean moviehere — debuting righthere, on Mashable— and it looks fantastic.

The XFL was co-founded in 2001 by World Wrestling Federation boss Vince McMahon — hence a WWF wrestler called The Rock introducing the league to fans in the trailer above.

This Was the XFLis directed by Charlie Ebersol and premieres Feb. 2 on ESPN. In the meantime, get your popcorn ready.
